It's not actually spam...or at least not intended to be.  Someone simply
entered your email address (and, in the case of the SA list, the list
address) in the someonelikesyou.com form.

People have been doing this for a while.  It's similar to subscribing one
mailing list to another mailing list..  Annoying as hell.  But not spam.

If the message came through the list, it isn't actually spam.  It's a list
message.  You requested to receive all messages from the list.
