But for the part you sent, I added the ending MIME boundary and ran it
through 2.43:

2.50 gets around 2: BAYES_45,DEAR_SOMEBODY,DEAR_SOMETHING,MIME_BOUND_MANY_HEX,T_NONSENSE_FROM_00_10

That's not doing any network tests of course and includes some tests
which may be removed later.
