I've seen some of them.  My favorite Nigerian counter-scam is this guy 
who pretends to be a anthropologist who gets involved in a Lovecraftian

That's inspired me to try my own.  In mine, I first pretend to be an 
anthropologist who is on the run from a cult that he infiltrated.  
Then, about ten minutes after sending that message, I send another 
message pretending to be the cultists themselves, saying that they 
intercepted the victim's message, and that they will reward the 
Nigerian if he helps them capture the victim.  I've tried this about 
four times so far, and none of them has responded.
