Could you please submit your rule suggestion as a bug report? That
goes for everyone. :-)
If new rules aren't put into the bug database, it's very likely that
the suggestion will be lost. The volume on the mailing lists is high
and we need to track each rule submission. Thanks!

Perhaps someone could volunteer to track rule suggestions on the
mailing list, check CVS for duplicate rules, and submit new ones to
the bug tracking database for further development.
