Nope.  The Bcc: header is never shown.  At least, it shouldn't be
shown and when it is left in by broken agents (quite rare), it tends
to be empty.

We tried using a Bcc: field as a spam rule (since they should be
removed prior to sending), but it's uncommon in spam too and the S/O
was not high enough.
