When you upgrade FreeBSD, it tends to smash over your perl
installation pretty badly.  Make sure your perl modules are still
up-to-date.  First, run "cpan" and update CPAN itself to the latest
version.  Then, type "r" to list all out of date modules, and update
them (except where they insist on installing a newer perl).
