You could modify PerMessageStatus.pm and in the rewrite_as_spam section,
have it add a header with $ENV{'WHATEVERYOUWANTHERE'}. :) I think that'd
be 1 line. You'd just have to remember it everytime you upgraded SA.
Or since you're using qmail-scanner, there may be a built-in way to that
too. :)
