What are the appropriate flags to run spamd for qmail-scanner? I'm getting qmail-scanner header response that say "Clear:." but I can't get the test-spam message to generate any X-Spam-XXXX style inserts. Does qmail-scanner cause spamd not to inject headers?
Am I missing something in the documentation somewhere?
