I think someone could help you with more information.  You haven't
provided nearly enough.

  - what version of SA?
  - how are you running spamassassin -- "spamassassin" script,
    spamd/spamc, or something else?
  - what options have you changed from the default?
  - what external packages like Razor, DCC, etc. are you running from SA
  - are you running network tests?
  - what type of system are you using (memory, CPU, operating system and
    version, distribution)?
  - how many email per hour are received?
  - why is your kernel panicking?  it should never do that on a stable
    system.  I don't care how high the load is.
