It's finding an old copy of the rules files; check in
/usr/share/spamassassin
/usr/local/share/spamassassin
/etc/mail/spamassassin
/usr/local/etc/spamassassin
/usr/pkg/etc/spamassassin
/usr/etc/spamassassin
/etc/mail/spamassassin
/etc/spamassassin
for old files. Only the dir that "make install" used, should contain the 2.42
rules files.
