Last time I used qmail-scanner (wich, admitedly, was some time ago) it didn't scan messages where RELAYCLIENT was set. That essentially means it wont scan, with SA, messages coming from anyone that is allowed to relay thru your server. Wich is good since, imho, you shouldnt tag outgoing mail anyway.
