Please try to remember that mass-mailing does not equal SPAM.
Constant Contact is a service that many companies use for managing
their mailing campaigns professionally (rather than doing it in-house,
making some poor secretary handle it out of her Outlook address book
or some such).

I don't believe that having a constant contact identifier on it should
be a red flag, unless of course they are sending you unsolicited email
to sign up for their own service...

a minor disclaimer: constant contact is a competitor of one of my
