Hi, I had a sort of conversation with Matt Stern, their VP, after spamming one of my personal domains asking if I wanted to move.
I replied rather abruptly (slimey, bast*rd, etc were used) and he personnally replied back asking what the problem was. I then replied in a very business-like manner explaining that they (eNom) and DROC (domain registry of Canada) had slammed I don't know how many of our domains (we are a register via Opensrs, no we don't take outside clients) and about how I had had to spend almost 4 hours contacting clients currently in the transfer queue and getting the requests denied, getting their banks or CC company's to cancel or reverse charges and go through and lock about 700 of our domains. Strangely enough I haven't heard back from him :) I'll be emailing him again early next week to inform him about my registering formal complaints to the FBI, Postmaster General (Canada and US) and the FTC.
