Does something like this work? Just trying to think of safety.

:0fw
        | spamassassin -P

:0
* ^X-Spam-Level: \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*
/dev/null

:0
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
Spam

Try:

    :0fw
            | spamassassin -P

    :0
    * ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
    /dev/null

though you may instead want something more forgiving of false positives like

    SPAM=spam

    :0fw
            | spamassassin -P

    :0
    * ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
    $SPAM

I still find a false positive every few days, and the cost of quickly
scanning the headers in my spam mailbox is low.
