Can anyone make some sense of this? I occasionally receive some spam which
does not get flagged with the *****SPAM****, however this appears in the
message headers:

Yet the email subject itself is not tagged as spam.

I install my SpamAssassin using CPAN, updating every month using "install
Mail::SpamAssassin". Can anyone help me with this please? Thanks
