I read that article. It seems to me the author doesn't understand mailing lists, nor does she understand that many people have "vanity" email addresses hosted at their ISP's. Both of these situations will most likely have different sender and "From" address and are 100% ligitimate. It is a bad test for detecting spam, with the possible exception of mail coming from the "big 4": hotmail/aol/yahoo/msn.
