CVS has a KNOWN_MAILING_LIST rule. Please also see the following bugzilla bug: http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=511 and add any headers of known mailing lists to that bug (but make sure they include some way to identify the mailing list and the mailing list software, not just generic rules).
