Kevin -- I would think the -F0 or -F1 behaviour is what's causing trouble.
It might be worth trying it out, adding the "From " line yourself, as I
don't think Exchange would be adding it.  The From line should look like
this BTW:

        From [EMAIL PROTECTED]  Tue Jun 26 12:27:19 2001

I haven't looked into it though...
