Censorship is not the exclusive domain of the government.  A school, for
example, could easily use SA as a censorship tool.

The more cogent point is that SA is a tool.  It's not a censor.  A person can
choose to use SA as a tool of censorship, but that same person can also employ
a magic marker to a copy of Huck Finn and achieve the same result.

IOW, I wouldn't worry too much about SA.  I'd worry about the people.

Ha, I just noticed that Mark Perkel said that.  It's a small world.  Usually I
agree with that cat, but this time he's wrong.  Censorship is not a government
thing, it's just particularly troublesome when the government is doing it.
