If you are installing SA from ports, then there should be a
spamd.sh-dist in that directory.  Just copy it to spamd.sh, tweak the
command-line arguments in the script if you wish, and it should start on
boot.  Note that the 'stop' argument does not work; you will have to
kill the spamd process manually by PID.
