I just installed 2.31 from the website that was just released and the
problem is gone. Must be a but in 2.30

 I see the same thing (I also installed through CPAN), but only when I
envoke
SA with an improper command line option, or with a -h or --help:

[root@dflx etc]# spamassassin -h
SpamAssassin version 2.30
Undefined subroutine &main::pod2usage called at /usr/bin/spamassassin line
59.
