It (by default) changes the subject to include ****SPAM**** and adds a
few headers.

You have to use procmail or something to actually do anything useful
with this. (Unless you just like seeing easily what is spam.

Nope.

Nope. Spamassassin will handle it as long as you aren't running with
-L. and RAZOR_CHECK doesn't have a score of 0. You can check this by
adding the -D option to spamassassin.
