With "-L" option, SA runs much faster. But I do want to do certain network related testing, like razor (I can tell it comes back quickly), but not some others, like DNS lookup (when doing it with a domain name that is not valid, or its master named has been down for certain time, you will hit DNS lookup timeout. And when you have several such domain names, or IP reverse lookups, it all adds up).
I looked existing rules and checked this list archive, and didn't find a way to just disable DNS lookup. I am not using RBL stuff. And I know how to turn off razor (by setting RAZOR_SCORE to 0). Is there a similar conf variable to set to just disable the DNS part? I suppose I could unisntall Net::DNS.
