I'm new to perl. New to spamassassin.
I do have perl running ok on the server. In the spamassassin docs it gives me
the following commands to install.

        perl -MCPAN -e shell
        o conf prerequisites_policy ask
        install Mail::SpamAssassin
This works well but nmake gives me errors. I've run nmake manually and had it
log the errors to a file, here are the results.
Microsoft (R) Program Maintenance Utility Version 6.00.8168.0
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corp 1988-1998. All rights reserved.

f was unexpected at this time.
'touch' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
'rm' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
'cl' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

It looks like a path problem so I checked that and the path result is.
PATH=d:\perl;D:\Perl\bin\;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT;

What else can I check for, what else might be wrong?
