No, that's actually *not* spam, since (usually) there's nothing 
"commercial" about those emails. They are virus emails - a different 
thing than spam. And as such should be handled by a different program 
(IMO).

You could configure your mail serverer to block any executables (how 
you do so is dependent on your specific mailserver software). Or run 
an antivirus program, to weed out the virus attachments from 
legitimate (but still not spam) attachments. I use Sophis and Amavisd-
new, with postfix.
