Any particular reason to accept the worst messages and yet bounce
back the not-so-bad?  It seems to me that you'd want to refuse both,
especially since you provide a contact address.

The only reason I can imagine is that you wouldn't want to spend the
outgoing bandwidth if you're so really sure it's spam, but that sounds
like it oughta be pretty cheap anyway...  I don't think I get it :-)
