Well, quoting Bible is not that common among my correspondents (even
those
speaking English), but certainly we can discuss the lowest common
denominator... The word 'repent' does not occur in my e-mail archive,
for
example, so what about

body REPENT                /\brepent\W{1,5}repent\W{1,5}repent\b/i
describe REPENT            Wants you to repent

I don't know how common the christian fundamentalist spam is, though
(the quoted one wasn't the first I got, but I'm not getting them every
day either) - is there some on-line, searchable spam corpus available?
