it's not a configuration thing... the rpm is built for a different version
of perl than you have installed.  you should either grab the SRPM and
rebuild it, or get a RPM which installs into the correct location for you.

For instance, give a look at
ftp://ftp.kluge.net/pub/felicity/RPMS/RH62-spamassassin-2.20-1tvd.i386.rpm

It should put the files into the right place for your perl.
