How about wrapping your lines?  70 characters is a good length.

You'll need more info than that to know what the invalid header is.

However, a similar error message (I don't remember it exactly) came up
on the postfix list recently (I signed up to learn more about it,
though I use exim).  In that case, the problem was mismatched versions
of different parts of postfix.  One part was using an old (internal)
protocol while another used the new version, and the two didn't like
each other.  Maybe that is helpful in some way.
