(a) was my plan, although I hadn't put the "lm" directory under contrib.
I will check it in under "contrib/lm".  You have to run the build script
by hand which is just as well.

(b) was too slow.  I got a large performance improvement for the
spamassassin script (since there is some amount of startup cost) by
putting them all in one file.
