Don't know what to tell you guys -- TextCat.pm is definitely in CVS. Maybe there's some weird permissions thing? Check lib/Mail/SpamAssassin/ and see if the file is there, but just "invisible" for some reason. Also, try re-building the makefile with "perl Makefile.PL" that make make it notice the new file.
