The global whitelist contains stuff like

whitelist_from *@amazon.com
whitelist_from *@*.amazon.com

Is it possible to override these whitelists in
~/.spamassassin/user_prefs without blacklisting it? I just want some
global whitelistings ignored.

Another thing - I'm still pretty new to SA and it seems it tags a lot of
the nightly cron jobs from my FreeBSD boxes (since they contain stuff
from logfiles, that easily raises the score).

Maybe a rule like

header BSD_CRON Subject =~ /(?:daily|weekly|monthly) run output$/
describe BSD_CRON Subject matches FreeBSD cron jobs
score BSD_CRON -10.0

would be nice.
