Something like:

header DOMAIN_BADWORDS  From =~ /optin|casino|trusted|sex|free|xxx|pussy|foryou/
describe DOMAIN_BADWORDS        From domain contains bad words
test    DOMAIN_BADWORD  ok      [EMAIL PROTECTED]

maybe?
