So what do you recommend I do to make sure something like the posted
message gets a higher score?

I added this to my config:
score Repeat_Allcap_Free 1.5
body Repeate_Allcap_Free  /FREE.*FREE/

Which might be extendable to catch all instances of an all cap word
used more than once on the same line.  Only I wasn't sure how to write
that.

I know a little about using perls memory syntax but wan't sure if it
would work in the config file.  I'd have to refresh my memory from the
regex stuff as well to get it right, but do you think that would be a
good approach?
