Lots of spam comes through systems running that mail server software.

Note that 1.3 isn't anywhere near the default threshold, so unless the
message matched several other things, it wouldn't be tagged.

Nothing, probably. If you get legit mail from somebody using that server
software, and their messages have other spammy characteristics but
are *not* spam, either disable the SMTPD32 test on your SA installation or
whitelist that sender in some other way.
