Whether you use dman's solution: http://dman.ddts.net/~dman/config_docs/exim4_spamassassin.html or mine (exim 4 only): http://marc.merlins.org/linux/exim/sa.html you can use the condition statement (in exim.conf for dman, and spamassassin.conf for my code) to run SA on any criteria you want.
