Maybe FROM_AND_TO_SAME should not match if my_address is set (well,
once it gets added as a configuration option) and is the address.

Yep.  Usually, those get whitelisted for me.

I'll buy that, but it seems like we'd be better off replacing those
marginal rules with ones actually designed to hit non-spam.
