Actually this rule gets triggered by anyone who uses Earthlink as their SMTP server, 
and also if using the Earthlink Webmail interface.  IMHO the dialup ranges check is 
only useful if you check the most recent Received header, not going all the way back.  
If the mail came from a dialup user originally, so what?  Lots of  (legit) mail does 
that.   I had to disable the DUL check because of this reason as well.
