[SAtalk] Having trouble getting SA to work

Hello. I'm trying to get SpamAssassin working on Red Hat 7.2, and nothing seems to go right. I downloaded the RPM and loaded it using the rpm -i <filename> command. I've read all the documentation several times, and don't see anything to help me. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm trying to test it out to be used site-wide. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
