Why not use the existing DNS blacklist mechanisms? Feed (resolved)
hostnames past the DNSBLs...

Though that would require the sites getting submitted to the DNS
blacklists, it would also be a nice way to block a site with 10 different
names.

Err, well. I suppose that's a different idea altogether - it would be nice
to have a dynamic and distributed URI-blacklisting mechanism.
