You could add an entry to the main procmailrc that checks for the existence of a certain file called "nospamcheck" (or something like that). IF the file exists in the users dir then don't run spamc otherwise run spamc. Then put "nospamcheck" in each of the user's dir that do not want SA. I do this for maildrop but don't know how to do it for procmail. Perhaps others could tell you how to accomplish this in procmail.
