This got me thinking. Why isn't the blacklist +100 instead of 
+10?

The only problem I could think of would be the automatic 
reporting to Razor. But, couldn't this be worked around by not 
running the auto-report if the blacklist was triggered? 
Alternatively, the blacklist score could be ignored when 
comparing the score to the auto-report threshold.
