I think what should be done is to add a rule that gets triggered if there's 
only gappy text in the body.  If bug #47 
(http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47) were implemented, then 
we could have a rule like:

multi  MULTI_GAPPY GAPPY_TEXT && !GAPPY_SUBJECT

And then the GA would be able to evolve GAPPY_SUBJECT, GAPPY_TEXT and 
MULTI_GAPPY together to get some reasonable scores.
