Again, IANAL but there are GPL'd perl modules, BSD perl modules etc etc, are
Net::DNS, Mail::Mime etc, all gpl'd?

 This is my understanding as well, but I'm not sure if that module can be

of the basic package that people download when getting SA... Is a perlmodule
