I have a perl script that diffs scores files and reports large changes.
Glancing through its output:

score: BUGZILLA_BUG -2.000 -> 1.123

(I thought BUGZILLA_BUG wasn't supposed to be passed through the GA?)

score: CHARSET_FARAWAY 0.8 -> 2.070

The Debian people will just love that one.

score: GAPPY_TEXT 0.672 -> -1.237

I think the GAPPY_TEXT regex must need more refinement.

Here are some othere that are getting unexpected negative values:

score: JAVASCRIPT_URI absent -> -1.607
score: LINES_OF_YELLING_3 1.000 -> -1.518
score: NO_EXPERIENCE absent -> -1.063
score: NO_QS_ASKED 4.876 -> -0.773
score: RATWARE 2.277 -> -0.703
score: RELAYING_FRAME 2.545 -> -0.584
score: TO_BE_REMOVED_REPLY 0.707 -> -2.150
score: TO_UNSUB_REPLY 0.574 -> -1.996
score: WEB_BUGS 1.287 -> -0.823

Here are some that are uninteresting except for the magnitude of change:

score: DOMAIN_BODY 0.8 -> 4.782
score: EXCUSE_12 -0.590 -> 2.847
score: HTTP_WITH_EMAIL_IN_URL 1.773 -> 4.062
score: INCREASE_SALES -1.273 -> 2.930
score: PGP_SIGNATURE -5.054 -> -2.095
score: PORN_8 -0.994 -> -4.248
score: REPLY_REMOVE_SUBJECT 4.570 -> 0.288
score: SLIGHTLY_UNSAFE_JAVASCRIPT 1.259 -> -0.794
score: X_MSMAIL_PRIORITY_HIGH 1.523 -> -1.356
