Perhaps somebody could now build an ActivePerl ppm? It's dead easy:

C:\path\to\SpamAssassin-2.20> nmake pdd
C:\path\to\SpamAssassin-2.20> tar czvf SpamAssassin.tar.gz
(now edit the ppd a little to fixup the right filename and stuff)

Alternatively I can ask Randy Kobes to make one. Would people like that?
