You miss my point.

I've had plenty of non-formmail.pl spams that say "here is the information
you requested." That's just the one I had handy. Had I received it via other
means (not through a buggy formmail), it would have gone right through to my
inbox because it wouldn't have come even close to 5 hits. So I disagree that
the fact that this one example came through an exploited formmail means that
the rule is unnecessary.
