I am running Spamassassin 'out of the box' with no customization on my email server. The only other software that touches and can potentially change email on my machine is called 'Mailscanner' and it checks emails for viruses. I want to give you 2 opportunities. One, to see for yourself how Spamassassin can be helpful.
