My impression? Not much. Most of what arrives at my mailbox is stuff that's semi-legitimate, like snail junk mail. It's just irritating to have to sift through it all. Only rarely do I get stuff that's a ponzi scheme, or a Nigerian who needs help with his millions of dollars, etc.
