this error message is rather misleading.  It's due to a ownership problem 
of the  ".razor.lst" file.  Somehow, I manage to assign ownership to root 
instead of myself (see below).  Once I changed ownership, everything worked.

[root@harvee IMap]# ls -l ~esj/.razor.lst
-rw-------    1 root     mail           27 Apr  2 06:51 /home/esj/.razor.lst
